Cosmopolitan Boston is led by Dr Joshua Blamire at the Institute for Community Research & Development working with Historic England.
The project has engaged a group of local residents to explore the hidden histories and heritage of Boston that show the town and region to be a historically diverse and cosmopolitan place.
Working with local graphic designer Mark Baker, a virtual exhibition has been developed to showcase historical research and local stories in an engaging and stimulating way.
At this launch there will be a demonstration of the exhibition, and the residents will reflect on their experiences of participating in this innovative local heritage project.
