Following Seb Falk shall be Professor Giles Gasper on his talk on Exploring the Cosmos: Robert Grosseteste's Vision of the Universe.

Professor Gasper will explore Grosseteste’s groundbreaking theories on the cosmos, particularly his famous work 'On Light', where he envisions the creation of the universe as beginning with a “big bang” moment. This talk will delve into Grosseteste’s intricate blend of mathematics, theology, and philosophy, revealing how his scientific inquiries connected the heavens and Earth in fascinating ways.
