About

A piece of Lincolnshire's history, nestled away in the tranquil village of Kirton, you will find The Old Kings Head, a grade 2 listed 16th-century building. The restored and refurbished building you see today is thanks to National Lottery Funding and Heritage Lincolnshire. Standing tall, with stunning brickwork and beautiful mint-coloured panelled windows, this is one of the few Fenland Artisan Mannerist style buildings left in the country.

Championing Lincolnshire produce, local ingredients are used in the café at The Old King’s Head to make delicious homemade bites for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea. Dog friendly, they are the perfect stop mid-walk to refresh and unwind. With menus offering child, gluten-free, and vegan options, everyone can access and enjoy The Old King’s Head. They are also wheelchair accessible.

Open to hosting events in the function room too, The Old King’s Head can provide catering such as buffet-style meals.

If you're looking for a rural getaway with all the modern amenities you are used to at home, look no further than The Old King’s Head B&B. With a four-star rating, guests can choose from nine charming, spacious, and cosy rooms, each with a countryside vibe. They also have a great selection of either continental or full English breakfasts to enjoy in the morning.
