Boston Christmas Festival 2024

Celebrate Christmas in Boston this year with events, performances, and festive fun for the whole family at the Boston Christmas Festival.

Boston Christmas Festival 2024 is an exciting 3-day Christmas event taking place in Boston town centre featuring a Christmas Market, live music, entertainment, parades, and much more. Expect a town-centre main stage featuring a range of local musicians and performers.

Friday 29th November 2pm - 8pm

Kicking off the festivities on Day 1 of the Boston Christmas Festival 2024, you can experience the Light Switch On, an illumination parade through the town, walkabout entertainment including stiltwalkers, reindeer performers and flying santas, and live music to truly kick off the festive season in style. There will also be community events throughout the day inside The Stump (St. Botolph's Church).

Saturday 30th November 10am - 5pm

Day 2 of the Boston Christmas Festival features some fantastic family-friendly activities, and Boston's Got Christmas Talent on the main stage.

Sunday 1st December 9am - 4pm

Sunday sees the festival off in true celebratory fashion with the annual Santa Fun Run, Christmas crafts, carol singers, and walkabout entertainment.

• Santa Claus will be located in Pescod Square Shopping Centre over the 3-days.
• St Botolph's Church indoor Christmas Tree Festival returns from Friday 29^th November to Friday 6th December.
• Pescod Square late night shopping to take place Friday 29th November 4pm - 8pm. See Spark Worldbeaters perform, meet Bluey and Bingo help switch on Pescod Square's new Christmas Lights, and pick up some gifts for Christmas.

Additionally, from 29th November - 1st December, as well as 7th, 14th, and 21st December, you can enjoy free parking in all council owned car parks.
