The Boston War Memorial remembers those brave soldiers who fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1918. The monument includes 348 names on its engraved memorial front.
Located on Bargate Green, the memorial is a cross column with surrounding flowers and benches, giving a lovely and contemplative spot to sit and take in its important inscriptions.
Unveiled in 1921, the monument has stood strong for over 100 years as a reminder of the valuable members of Boston's community who lost their lives during the First World War.
