Elms Farm Cottages is the perfect family getaway, alongside romantic retreats. This secluded estate features ten stylish cottages with a shared courtyard and outdoor seating and dining areas for summer al fresco self-catering. There are electric car charging points available on site.

Visitors can expect plenty of rural landscape to explore and with Boston town centre just a short journey away, Elms Farm Cottages provides a fantastic base for a holiday filled with exploration. Or take it slow and relax in style with a hot tub and enjoy the tastefully restored cottages to their full glory.

To get the full Lincolnshire holiday experience, visitors can even pre-order a ‘Taste of Lincolnshire Welcome Pack’ including a variety of local produce to enjoy throughout your stay. Standard check-in is available between 3 pm-6 pm, however more flexible "self-check-in" can be available for arrivals outside of the standard meet and greet check-in times.

Check-out is at 10 am.

Elms Farm Cottages also offer two hotel-style bedrooms 'Pheasant' and 'Partridge' aimed at one-night business guests, cyclists, and avid bird watchers with regular visitors to Frampton Marsh.
